Eureka’s Future Workers’ Cooperative Seeking Additional Full-Time Welder

Eureka’s Future is looking for another welder to add to the team at the factory in Dandenong. This will be the first new worker-owner for the cooperative, and we are looking for the right person. We would like to ask our members to please spread word to all people and networks that you think may be interested ASAP. We look forward to continuing to increase the number of worker-owners in the Earthworker ecosystem, as we continue to build sustainable manufacturing and dignified jobs.

Seeking a TIG WELDER (2nd Class) to add to a small team at a factory in Dandenong that is transitioning to become an Earthworker, worker-owned cooperative. Applicants need to be experienced in welding stainless steel, with 2 years experience minimum. Full-time position. Pay rate as per AMWU EBA. Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and women welders encouraged to apply.
